  1. Run? Yeah…No. Lol
    Definitely requires a whole lot more to run. I’m more of a walker myself. But one thing that I can do and makes me feel like I accomplished a lot is walking for a set number of minutes then run for 30 seconds then walk again then run 30 seconds and so forth. Gets your heartrate up without feeling like you are about to die. It’s easy on the treadmill but if you have a Fit bit you can set it to vibrate in intervals so you know when to walk/run.
    But I’m with you on the whole moving thing. Don’t like it much. But it must be done.
    And walking always better than the couch so keep walking! πŸ‘πŸ’•πŸ˜¬
